Symptoms

I have listed below, from past experience, some of the responses to touch that you will experience, and you will experience at least 2 in varying degrees of intensity as they release. Remember, you may not be aware that you have been carrying some of these symptoms all the time but when you do, you will realise why you haven't been getting better.

  • A vivid and extremely accurate image of what happened
  • Nausea
  • Sweating
  • Palpitations
  • Difficulty in breathing in and/or difficulty in breathing out
  • Apprehension of being touched
  • Apprehension of someone coming close to you
  • Dizziness
  • A bitter taste in your mouth
  • Being violated
  • Being ashamed
  • Being angry
  • Tearful without crying
  • Crying
  • Muscles locking
  • Terrified
  • Curling up
  • An unpleasant smell around you (no matter how many times you bathe)
  • Hopelessness
  • Arms moving into a defensive position
  • Arms or legs lashing out
  • Choking
  • Wanting to run away
  • Loss of speech
  • Throat drying up
  • Extreme tiredness.

These responses can also be symptoms of something else and no doubt you have seeked diagnosis and tried various approaches.

However, if you have not been right emotionally since, and two or more of the above are with you all the time, then there is a possibility that an emotional shock has taken place of which your system has not been able to recover from and I will be using touch to release them.
